## Frequently asked questions



Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day for next-working-day delivery. Larger or palletised orders may take a little longer — we’ll confirm a date at checkout.



Yes. Most of our crockery, glassware and cutlery is available as a free sample so you can check it suits your service before committing to a full order. Request one from the Free Samples page.



Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. See our Returns Policy for the full details and how to arrange a collection.



We do. If you’re fitting out a venue or ordering in volume, request a quote and our team will put together contract pricing tailored to your list.



Prices display inclusive of VAT by default. Use the VAT toggle in the header to switch every price to ex-VAT if you prefer to shop on net prices.
