WOOD – CARE IN USE – Wood is a live material and requires special care and handling to ensure the long life of the product.

USES
– Made from a renewable resource, environmentally friendly, natural hardwood (Acacia, Beech & Rustic Oak)
– Recommended cleaning with a soft damp cloth.
– Store products in a dry location at room temperature.
– Wood naturally varies in colour.
– Resistance to warping and cracking.
– Suitable for direct contact with food, however ensure appropriate cleaning and aftercare. Regulations for wood surfaces in contact with food – EN 71 part 3 and EU 2005/31/EC
– Heat resistant, suitable for carrying hot ceramic pieces removed direct from the oven.

MISUSES
– Not suitable for use in oven, dishwasher, freezer or microwave.
– Do not soak in water or wash with harsh detergents of any kind.
– Do not store near heat sources or humid areas.
– Do not place on top of or under flame or grill.
– Do not leave in direct sunlight for long periods of time.
– Dry thoroughly before stacking and storage.
